Nominations received after this time will be classified as Late Nominations and ROF (Rear of Field) penalties will apply.

- Pit gates open for drivers and pit crew at 12:00pm
- Spectator gates open at 3:30pm
- Racing from 5:00pm
Entry prices to be paid to the venue on the night or in advance via the EventBrite website.

Spectator gate
- Spectator $30
- Child 5-15 yrs $15
- Concession $25 (proof of concession)
- Children under 5 free.
